BOOKING
- The booking responsible must be of age (18+).
- A booking requested online, via e-mail, written or oral is binding for both parts.
- 14 days after the booking contract has been confirmed, 25% of the total value must be paid in advance as a form of deposit.
- The remaining amount will be charged 2 months before your arrival day.
- For reservations requested later than 60 days prior to arrival, the full value must be paid 14 days after the booking has been confirmed.
- The booking is completed when this has been confirmed by Sula Rorbuer.
- The reservations aren’t covered by the law act § 19,b.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE
- The apartment/ room is available for the guest from 14 o’clock/ 2 pm.
- The checkout must be done latest at 10 o’clock/ 10 am.
- Upon arrival, the guest must pay the value of the reservation.
- For check-ins later than 18 o’clock/ 6 pm, the guest must inform Sula Rorbuer.
CANCELLATION/ ABSENCE
- For cancellations up to 50 days before arrival day, the guest must pay 25% of the total value of the reservation.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the guest must pay 50% of the total value of the reservation.
- In case of absence, the guest must pay the total value of the reservation.
- Changes and eventual cancelations must be notified in form of writing for us to valid it.
In case of illness, the guest must pay the value of the reservation, unless the change/cancellation occurs within the time limits mentioned above. Sula Rorbuer recommends the guest to ensure that the cancellation is covered by the guest’s insurance.
CHECKOUT latest at 10 o’clock.
- Remember to wash all the used kitchen utensils in the dishwashing machine and empty it before departure.
- Remember to empty the trash bins.
- Check that all your personal items are removed from all the cabinets/ wardrobes.
- Wash the kitchen bench, oven, stove, table and chairs, the fridge and the freezer shelves.
- Close all the windows and turn off the lights.
The key is delivered at the reception at checkout.
